This role blends DevOps engineering with analytics engineering—owning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data pipelines while delivering dashboards and decision-ready insights for teams in Asset Management, Property Management, Construction, Development, and Research. BI stack includes DOMO.THE OPPORTUNITY You’ll architect and automate modern delivery pipelines, harden and observe cloud environments, and stand up reliable data flows that power reporting and real-time operations. You’ll collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate questions into models, metrics, and dashboards that drive action.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DevOps Engineering Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, security checks, and deployments.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and security; implement infrastructure as code.Automate routine ops (backups, patching, secrets, access) and establish robust monitoring/alerting for high availability and uptime.Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and reduce MTTR through better observability and runbooks. Analytics Engineering Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and define KPIs across property, corporate, construction, and market datasets.Build and maintain data pipelines (ingest, transform, model), data warehouses/lakes, and data quality checks.Develop SQL models and integrations to support near-real-time operational monitoring.Build, maintain, and document dashboards and reports in DOMO (and complementary BI tools) and enable end-user adoption. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with development, operations, and data teams to align roadmaps and eliminate friction points.Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly; document architectures, runbooks, and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor’s degree in Data/Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Hands-on experience in DevOps and/or analytics engineering roles.Strong CI/CD fundamentals and tooling experience.Proficiency with a major cloud platform.Scripting in Python/Bash/Node.js; strong SQL.Experience with data warehousing, pipelines, and visualization tools (DOMO a plus).Solid grasp of data modeling, governance, and pipeline best practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Monitoring/logging stacks and performance tuning at app and query layers.Exposure to machine learning concepts and inference pipelines.Certifications in cloud/DevOps.Experience with Agile and process automation. HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED Uptime/SLO attainment and incident MTTR.Deployment frequency and lead time for changes.Data pipeline reliability (freshness, completeness, lineage).BI adoption and decision-impact (dashboard usage, stakeholder satisfaction).
