WHAT YOU’LL BRING 5+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, welding, assembly, and mechanical repair processes.Strong understanding of modern manufacturing practices, ERP/MRP systems, and quality management systems.Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and team-building skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production planning software.Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training strongly preferred.Experience in a high-mix/low-volume or custom manufacturing environment is a plus.
