Shipping & Receiving Associate summary

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. They are looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and enjoy customer interaction. Successful candidates will have experience in a shipping and receiving department and be perfectly comfortable lifting 65-75 lbs. on a regular basis. This position does require a driver’s license for the future possibility of making deliveries.

Shipping & Receiving Associate responsibilities

• Will pay $16-17 hr DOE + benefits
• Greet and help customers
• Learn parts for products
• Pull orders for customers
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects
• Basic computer skills
• Accept and record movement of parts
• Current driver's license

Shipping & Receiving Associate qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse
• Ability to lift 65-70 lbs on a regular basis.
• Customer service ability
• Strong work ethic
• Driver’s License

Shipping & Receiving Associate skills

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience with shipping and receiving
• Experience with forklift
• Excellent communication skills
