If you’re confident with invoice processing, vendor communications, and Excel—and you enjoy being the steady, friendly face of the office—this role offers a clear path to hire and a pay bump at conversion.What You’ll Do Accounts Payable (Primary): Enter, code, and route invoices; verify approvals and GL accuracyMatch invoices to POs/receivers; reconcile statements; research discrepanciesPrepare weekly check/ACH runs; maintain accurate vendor files and W-9sTrack due dates to ensure on-time payments and early-pay opportunities Light Accounting Support: Assist with AP aging, accruals, and month-end prep as neededMaintain organized digital files and audit-ready documentation Front Desk & Administrative Support: Greet visitors, answer/direct calls, manage mail and deliveriesMaintain lobby supplies, conference room readiness, and general office flowProvide document formatting, scanning, and data entry support for the team What You’ll Bring 1–3+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience in a busy, multi-vendor environmentStrong Microsoft Excel skills (filters, sorting, lookups/basic formulas, pivots a plus)Familiarity with an accounting/ERP system (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)Great communication with vendors and internal stakeholders; calm and professional at the front deskHigh accuracy, organization, and follow-through in a fast-moving setting Why You’ll Love It Temp-to-Hire with pay increase upon conversionOpportunity to own AP and build cross-functional office skillsSupportive, mission-minded environment that values accuracy and service Benefits (upon hire by client) Medical Insurance: 100% employer-paid for employees (Blue Cross Blue Shield); 50% for dependentsDental & Vision: Affordable plan optionsRetirement: Employer contributes up to 5% (employee may contribute up to 7%)PTO: 96 hours vacation in year one + 80 hours sick leave annually (sick leave rolls over)Supportive, mission-driven culture focused on community impact Ready to Apply?Submit your resume for confidential consideration.
