Committee Coordination – Prepare materials and facilitate monthly Credentialing Committee meetings in accordance with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) requirements.

Collaboration – Work closely with HR, billing, and compliance departments to ensure seamless onboarding, credentialing, and reporting workflows.

Reporting & Audits – Generate reports and maintain documentation for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory inspections.

Process Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in credentialing operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
  • Familiarity with credentialing databases and software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Must hold a valid Texas driver’s license and pass required background screenings.
