FRONT OF HOUSE EVENING MANAGER

Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay:  $49,000 – $57,000 annually (depending on experience, plus overtime)
Schedule: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Tuesday–Saturday (off Sunday and Monday) | 40–45 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our upscale restaurant client is seeking a Front of House Evening Manager to oversee all aspects of evening service operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The right candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and the ability to coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage Front of House operations during evening shifts, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
• Oversee front of house schedules, hiring, and staffing to maintain proper coverage and efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for front of house employees to uphold service standards.
• Lead closing procedures, including end-of-day reporting, cash handling, and securing the restaurant.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns to maintain positive relationships and repeat business.
• Support the restaurant’s social media marketing efforts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Certification: TABC and Texas Food Manager (Learn2Serve) required.
• A professional, customer-service mindset with a commitment to excellence.
