Key Responsibilities – Construction Project Assistant

Project & Field Support

• Assist the company owner with day-to-day project tasks and priorities
• Visit construction job sites to gather updates, deliver materials, or support crews
• Pick up materials and manage inventory needs as directed
• Coordinate between job sites and the main office to ensure smooth operations
• Place and track material and supply orders
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors as needed

Administrative Support

• Provide general organizational assistance in the office
• Help document job progress, timelines, and communication notes
• Stay responsive to shifting project needs and timelines

Qualifications – What You Bring:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to adapt quickly to changing tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to be “on call” for varying needs throughout the day
• Experience in a construction or field-based role is a plus, but not required
• Will not be required to drive while in temporary status (approved by client)
