POSITION OVERVIEWThe Commercial Lines Agency Manager will oversee daily operations of the commercial insurance division while ensuring exceptional customer service, policy retention, staff leadership, and continued growth. This individual will serve as a key leader within the organization and collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple office locations.
