Job Responsibilities: Commercial Lines Sales Agent Identify and pursue new business opportunities within West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico through outbound sales efforts and referral networks. Manage and grow a personal book of business, offering customized insurance solutions for commercial clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service for clients in energy, construction, and other key industries. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with agency growth goals. Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable advice to clients. Qualifications: Commercial Lines Sales Agent License: Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is REQUIRED. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in insurance or related fields. Experience in commercial or energy insurance is highly preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Must be proactive, self-driven, and results-focused. Travel: Must be willing and able to travel throughout West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. Compensation and BenefitsAs a Commercial Lines Sales Agent, you’ll receive: A competitive commission structure with starting earnings potential of $60K–$70K+ based on experience.
