If you’re passionate about precision, production efficiency, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.LOCATION: Lubbock, Texas SCHEDULE: Full-time, onsite CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, Non-Exempt PAY: Competitive, based on experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and edit CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (including FANUC-based G-code and M-code)Develop manufacturing processes from initial fixture setup to final productionDesign work instructions and maintain process documentationProgram both online (at the machine) and offline (CAM system) environmentsGenerate and manage tool lists based on CNC programsImplement and track process improvements and cost reductionsPrepare quotes for part production and tooling requirementsReview and close jobs in alignment with shipping schedulesEnsure compliance with all quality and safety standards REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining and manufacturing engineering experienceStrong proficiency in CAD/CAM software; FANUC controller experience preferredFamiliarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Advanced blueprint reading and mechanical reasoning skillsUnderstanding of machining tooling, chip breakers, and insertsAbility to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems like Epicor a plus EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred2+ years of CAD/CAM experience6+ years of CNC mill and/or lathe operation preferredExperience designing and implementing fixturing and workholding solutions PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable in a moderate-to-high noise manufacturing environmentOccasional overtime required WHY APPLY?
