This full-cycle accounting role offers stability, a collaborative environment, and strong potential for career growth.Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), journal entries, and financial statements.Perform monthly bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and complete month-end close.Support accrual-based accounting processes and assist with job costing.Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.Operate independently and take initiative in supporting accounting and administrative tasks.Collaborate with other departments as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate degree with 3+ years of accounting experience considered.Proficiency with accounting software; ERP system experience a plus.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and job costing is highly desired.Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work across several departments.Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
