About the Role
Snelling is hiring a Client Service & Scheduling Coordinator for our locally owned and operated construction supply client in Lubbock, TX. This is a key support position that bridges communication between customers, design consultants, installation crews, and internal departments to ensure projects move seamlessly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls, messages, and scheduling tasks while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, voicemails, and walk-ins, routing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and respond to customer messages through communication platforms such as Podium and 360, ensuring all client inquiries are acknowledged and addressed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for design consultations, final measures, installations, and service follow-ups.
- Print and distribute labor packets, send weekly project update texts, and scan documentation into the company’s CRM.
- Handle order confirmations and process deposits and final payments as needed.
- Maintain the service pipeline, ensuring timely communication and accurate scheduling between departments.
- Provide excellent customer engagement by offering friendly, proactive assistance both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
- Comfortable working with technology platforms such as Podium, 360, or other CRM and scheduling systems, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
