• Handle co-pays, billing notifications, and insurance verification with accuracy.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments efficiently, ensuring no overlaps or delays.
• Guide patients to pre-screen testing and provide assistance when needed.
• Offer expert advice and style recommendations for optical products and fittings.
• Collaborate with the billing department to process claims promptly.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of optical office experience (required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
