Location: Lubbock, TX
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000 annually + Full Benefits + Annual Profit Sharing

Are you a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional with a passion for exceptional client service? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR to join a respected, growth-oriented insurance agency based in Lubbock, TX. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across a variety of industries.

• Deliver proactive, high-touch customer service to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

• Handle policy reviews, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and claims support.

• Maintain accurate records using industry-standard software (preferably Vertafore AMS360).

• Collaborate with corporate teams and occasionally travel for training or strategic meetings.

• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, coverage trends, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail with a client-first, problem-solving mindset

Preferred:

• Experience with Vertafore AMS360 or similar agency management systems
