The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to uphold the company’s core values of integrity, excellence, growth, and a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities for Real Estate Marketing Coordinator: Property Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for new lease-ups and stabilized multifamily properties to maximize occupancy.Construction Project Marketing: Partner with the construction team to create and execute campaigns that promote third-party construction services and attract new clients.Investor Relations Support: Design engaging marketing materials and communication plans to update investors on project milestones and property performance. Coordinate investor events and presentations to build trust and engagement.Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with HR to develop recruitment campaigns, create job postings, and promote the company as a top employer through social media and other channels.Performance Analysis and Adjustment: Monitor industry trends and marketing campaign outcomes, using data to optimize strategies and ensure best practices are followed.
