He also founded BloggersIdeas, DigiExe, AffiliateBooster, SchemaNinja and related brands across SEO, affiliate and digital marketing.Twinstrata is hiring a Senior Technical Expert to own reliability and depth across the proxy/API stack — from rotation and geo-targeting edge cases to customer integrations, scrapers and internal tooling.What you'll doOwn deep technical troubleshooting across residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxy products (auth, sticky/rotating sessions, geo/ASN/carrier targeting)Design and improve reliability playbooks for high-concurrency scraping and unblocker workloads (retries, CAPTCHA edge cases, ban patterns)Partner with product and support on complex enterprise tickets; turn recurring issues into docs, alerts and product fixesBuild or harden internal tools and scripts (Python preferred) for IP health checks, success-rate monitoring and customer reproduction casesReview customer integrations with Scrapy, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, antidetect browsers and automation stacks (n8n / Make / Zapier)Help shape technical content and setup guides so Twinstrata stays education-first without gating basics behind ticketsWork closely with the founder on priorities for network quality, KYC/AUP-safe use cases and roadmap tradeoffsWhat we're looking for5+ years in a hands-on senior technical role (proxy/infra, SRE, backend, scraping platform, or similar)Strong grasp of HTTP(S)/SOCKS5, DNS, TLS, IP reputation and anti-bot systemsComfortable debugging customer stacks in Python and at least one of Node.js or GoExperience with large-scale web scraping or data-collection systems (residential/mobile proxies a plus)Excellent written English for international customers and clear runbooksIndia-based remote OK; overlap with US business hours as neededNice to havePrior work at a proxy, anti-detect, SEO SaaS or data-API companyKubernetes / cloud networking familiarityPublic technical writing or open-source scraping toolingHow to applyWe're hiring for Senior Technical Expert at Twinstrata.
