Position Overview:Our client is looking for a Software Test Engineer with strong experience in Python, C++, Pytest, automation testing, and continuous integration to support the development and deployment of high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in automating test processes, improving software quality, and ensuring seamless integration within a DevSecOps environment.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python, Pytest, and C++. Develop and maintain automation frameworks to enhance software testing capabilities. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing to ensure software reliability. Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. Strong programming skills in Python and C++. Proficiency in Pytest for test automation. Experience working in CI/CD environments, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Linux-based testing environments and command-line interfaces. Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
