These are full-time, long-term opportunities with consistent hours, overtime potential, and opportunities to cross-train in multiple departments.If you're dependable, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and are looking for steady work with a respected employer, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoDepending on department assignment, responsibilities may include: Packaging and preparing products for shipmentLoading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facilityShrink wrapping pallets and finished productsInspecting products for quality and accuracyAssisting with shipping, returns, and inventory movementMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentMeeting daily production goals while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For Dependable employees with strong attendance recordsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentComfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basisTeam-oriented attitude with a willingness to learnPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, production, packing, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Pay & SchedulePay: $15.00 per hourCurrent Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PMFriday & Saturday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Additional overtime may be available based on production needs.Schedules may adjust as staffing levels increase and operational demands change.Benefits MedicalDentalVisionPaid Time OffWeekly Pay Pre-Employment RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successfully completing all client-required pre-employment screenings, including a background check and drug screen.About SnellingSnelling is a locally owned and operated recruiting and staffing firm serving Lubbock and West Texas since 1967.
