Multiple shifts are available with steady hours and significant overtime opportunities.We are looking for candidates with solid forklift, cherry picker, order picker, or material handling experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates with strong cherry picker and forklift experience may be considered for Swing Reach training.What You’ll Do Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment in a warehouse environmentLoad, unload, move, stage, and organize products and materialsPick and retrieve inventory accurately and efficientlyNavigate warehouse aisles and storage areas while following established safety proceduresAssist with inventory movement, replenishment, and order fulfillmentInspect equipment and report safety or maintenance concernsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet productivity and accuracy expectations throughout the shift What We’re Looking For Previous forklift experience required for Forklift Operator positionsCherry picker, order picker, reach truck, or similar equipment experience strongly preferredCandidates with strong cherry picker/forklift experience may be trained on Swing Reach equipmentComfortable working at heights when operating applicable equipmentStrong attention to safety and warehouse proceduresDependable attendance and punctualityAble to work independently while also contributing to a teamWilling and available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed Pay & Schedule1st Shift Forklift Operator – $16.50/hourDay shift with overtime and additional hours as required.2nd Shift Forklift Operator – $17.50/hourMonday-Thursday: 3:00 PM-Midnight Friday: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Saturday: As needed; currently, frequent overtime may be available2nd Shift Swing Reach Operator – $18.50/hourMonday-Thursday: 3:00 PM-Midnight Friday: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM Saturday: As needed; currently frequent overtime may be availableStandard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.Pre-Employment RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon meeting the client's pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screen.About SnellingSnelling is a locally owned and operated recruiting and staffing firm serving Lubbock and West Texas since 1967.
