Forklift / Swing Reach Operator in Lubbock, Tx

Forklift / Swing Reach Operator – Full-Time | $16.50-$18.50/hr + Overtime

A well-established Lubbock company is hiring experienced Forklift and Swing Reach Operators for full-time warehouse positions. Multiple shifts are available with steady hours and significant overtime opportunities.

We are looking for candidates with solid forklift, cherry picker, order picker, or material handling experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates with strong cherry picker and forklift experience may be considered for Swing Reach training.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment in a warehouse environment
• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize products and materials
• Pick and retrieve inventory accurately and efficiently
• Navigate warehouse aisles and storage areas while following established safety procedures
• Assist with inventory movement, replenishment, and order fulfillment
• Inspect equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift experience required for Forklift Operator positions
• Cherry picker, order picker, reach truck, or similar equipment experience strongly preferred
• Candidates with strong cherry picker/forklift experience may be trained on Swing Reach equipment
• Comfortable working at heights when operating applicable equipment
• Strong attention to safety and warehouse procedures
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Willing and available to work overtime and Saturdays as needed

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift Forklift Operator – $16.50/hour

Day shift with overtime and additional hours as required.

2nd Shift Forklift Operator – $17.50/hour

Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM-Midnight
Friday: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
Saturday: As needed; currently, frequent overtime may be available

2nd Shift Swing Reach Operator – $18.50/hour

Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM-Midnight
Friday: 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
Saturday: As needed; currently frequent overtime may be available

Standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Employment is contingent upon meeting the client's pre-employment requirements, including a background check and drug screen.
