Key Responsibilities – Branch Manager

Branch Operations Management

• Supervise daily branch activities, transactions, and staff scheduling
• Ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and banking regulations
• Monitor branch performance and report to senior leadership

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch team members
• Foster a professional, respectful, and goal-driven culture
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching

Lending Oversight (Consumer Lending)

• Serve as Senior Loan Officer for personal, auto, and other consumer loan products
• Make lending decisions, process applications, and maintain a low delinquency rate
• Assist with account openings, closings, and frontline member service as needed

Community Engagement & Member Service

• Represent the bank at local events and outreach initiatives
• Promote financial education and drive member satisfaction
• Support branding efforts and uphold the bank’s mission in the community

Qualifications – What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager in a bank or retail banking environment
• Solid background in consumer lending and loan decisioning
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of regulations, compliance, and branch operations
• A passion for team development and community involvement
• Must be able to pass a credit history review
