SUPPLY DELIVERY DRIVER | WAREHOUSE SUPPORT (DIRECT HIRE) — LUBBOCK, TX PAY, SCHEDULE & BENEFITS Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. + rotating every other Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-time | Onsite Benefits: Group Health Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Regular Holidays Off (paid company holidays) THE OPPORTUNITY Step into a hands-on role that blends route delivery with warehouse operations for a local operation serving commercial customers. You’ll drive a 1500-series pickup (non-CDL) for deliveries, provide friendly customer service at drop-offs, and support the warehouse with shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, and inventory handling. It’s a steady day shift with a clear routine and meaningful customer interaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver supplies in a 1500-series pickup to customer sites around Lubbock; ensure accurate, on-time drop-offs. Load/unload materials using a dolly/hand truck; secure loads to prevent damage. Warehouse support: receive, stage, and put away product; pick orders; prepare shipments. Paperwork accuracy: match invoices, delivery tickets, and packing slips; capture signatures. Customer service: act as a professional, courteous point of contact; resolve basic issues at delivery. Vehicle & safety: perform pre/post-trip checks; keep vehicle and tools in good working order. General labor as needed: cycle counts, inventory organization, and facility housekeeping. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Haves Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR; ability to pass background check and drug screen consistent with applicable laws. Warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving and loading/unloading. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 75 lbs+ repeatedly during the shift. Reliable and punctual, comfortable with a rotating Saturday schedule. Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with inventory systems, basic order picking, and materials handling best practices. Prior route delivery, courier, or last-mile experience. Knowledge of load securement, basic vehicle checks, and safe material-handling techniques. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequent standing, walking, stooping, and material handling in a warehouse and outdoor setting. Regular lifting of 75 lbs or more with frequent use of a dolly/hand truck. Driving a non-CDL, 1/2-ton (1500 series) pickup for local deliveries.
