This is an outstanding opportunity for an established insurance professional who knows personal lines, enjoys building relationships, and is well connected within the Lubbock community.We are looking for someone with extensive Personal Lines insurance experience who is comfortable managing client relationships while also getting out into the community, developing new connections, and proactively reaching out to clients and prospects.This is not a sit-behind-the-desk customer service role. The ideal candidate has personality, confidence, strong insurance knowledge, and a genuine ability to build relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow a portfolio of Personal Lines insurance accountsAdvise clients on homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance coverageHandle policy reviews, renewals, endorsements, coverage changes, and account needsBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partnersProactively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new businessDevelop relationships within the Lubbock community, including prospective clients and referral sourcesReach out confidently to existing clients and new prospectsMaintain accurate client and policy information within the agency management systemWork closely with agency leadership and team members to support retention and growth goals QUALIFICATIONS Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licenseExtensive experience in Personal Lines insuranceStrong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related personal insurance productsEstablished relationships and community connections in the Lubbock market strongly preferredOutgoing, polished, and professional with excellent communication skillsComfortable networking, developing relationships, and initiating conversations with prospectsStrong account management, organization, and follow-throughVertafore AMS360 experience is a plus, but not requiredMust be able to accept the position without violating an existing non-compete or other restrictive employment agreement COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $75,000–$85,000 annual salary, based on experienceComprehensive employee benefits90-day performance reviewOpportunity to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) following the 90-day review based on progress toward established goalsLong-term growth opportunity with an established insurance organization APPLY TODAYIf you are an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager, Personal Lines Insurance Specialist, Insurance Account Manager, or licensed P&C professional who knows the Lubbock market and enjoys developing relationships, we want to hear from you.This search is ideal for someone who has already built a strong foundation in personal insurance and is ready for an opportunity where relationships, community involvement, and growth are an important part of the role.Submit your resume today for confidential consideration.Questions?
