The Order Taker will be responsible for receiving guest food and beverage orders, accurately processing requests, and coordinating timely delivery with the room service team. Responsibilities
- Answer room service calls in a friendly, professional manner.
- Accurately take guest food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are recorded.
- Coordinate with kitchen and room service staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Respond to guest inquiries about menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and services as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and promptly escalate to a supervisor if necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
