The Concierge will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring guests feel welcome and valued. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and residents warmly and ensure their needs are met.
- Assist guests with various requests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and event recommendations.
- Provide detailed information about the property’s amenities and services.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment.
- Manage guest inquiries, answer calls, and respond to emails as needed.
- Maintain a database of local attractions, restaurants, and services for recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
