A luxury property in Miami, Florida, is looking for a professional, personable Concierge to join its team. The Concierge will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring guests feel welcome and valued. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and residents warmly and ensure their needs are met.
  • Assist guests with various requests, such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and event recommendations.
  • Provide detailed information about the property’s amenities and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain an organized, professional front desk environment.
  • Manage guest inquiries, answer calls, and respond to emails as needed.
  • Maintain a database of local attractions, restaurants, and services for recommendations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
