POSITION OVERVIEW

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality heating and air conditioning solutions across both service and installation functions. This role blends diagnostic expertise with hands-on installation, making it ideal for a well-rounded technician.

You will serve as a trusted expert—ensuring systems are operating efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service & Repair

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and refrigeration issues
• Evaluate system performance and recommend solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and options

Installation

• Install HVAC systems, including units, ductwork, and components
• Ensure installations meet safety, efficiency, and performance standards
• Use tools such as gauges, meters, torches, and fabrication equipment
• Test and verify proper system operation upon completion

General Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and stand behind completed work
• Represent the company professionally with a strong customer-first mindset
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of HVAC experience (service, installation, or both)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Electrical systems
  • Refrigeration cycles
  • Airflow and heat transfer principles
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Valid driver’s license

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime available during peak seasons
• Occasional on-call rotation
