Celebrating 60 years in business, our longstanding client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its desired company growth.  If professional advancement and long-term commitment are what you have in mind for your next career move, this opportunity might be what you have been waiting for. The ideal person must be detail-oriented and customer service-oriented, have excellent math abilities, and be willing to learn. Bilingual and previous estimator experience would be considered beneficial. The position requires a high level of in-person and telephone interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Coordinator duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for greeting customers and helping answer busy telephone calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Learn industry-specific software with training.
• Use basic math regularly.
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and customers.

Sales Coordinator qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent math skills
• Willingness to learn
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
• High school Diploma required.

Sales Coordinator compensation
