Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Lubbock, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, values-driven asset management group with multiple brands and locations. This role is ideal for a seasoned social media professional who can own strategy and execution—short-form video, multi-brand calendars, community engagement, and performance reporting—while collaborating cross-functionally on design and content projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll lead organic social across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube for several business lines. You’ll translate business goals into platform-native content, build/maintain editorial calendars, create thumb-stopping Reels/TikToks/Shorts, and report on KPIs that matter (reach, engagement rate, audience growth, profile actions, and traffic/lead indicators). This position blends creative production with strategic thinking—perfect for someone who thrives in a multi-brand environment and wants visible, measurable impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the social roadmap for multiple brands: strategy, calendars, posting cadence, and day-to-day channel management.
  • Create short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and platform-specific graphics; capture quick on-site clips across projects/communities when needed.
  • Community management: monitor comments/DMs/mentions, escalate issues, and nurture engaged audiences.
  • Trend adaptation: rapidly identify and adapt audio/meme/format trends to brand voice and industry context.
  • Copywriting: write clear, on-brand captions and headlines tuned to each platform and audience.
  • Analytics & reporting: track KPIs, summarize insights, and recommend experiments to improve growth and conversion.
  • Brand enablement: partner with design/marketing on email templates, flyers, proposals, and other light collateral.
  • Governance: maintain brand guidelines, UGC permissions, and content libraries; coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in organic social media/content roles (agency or in-house).
  • Proven success managing multi-brand or multi-location social portfolios.
  • Demonstrated results growing audiences and engagement through short-form video and native content.
  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in real estate, construction, development, or property management.
  • Familiarity with scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Later, Buffer).
  • Working knowledge of project tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and basic photo/video capture on mobile or mirrorless.

  • Content output velocity and adherence to calendar.
