Job Description:
Consort Recruitment Services is seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting, updating and maintaining data in company databases.
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Interpreting complex information and inputting this data with accuracy.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating workflow record regarding work completed and work pending.
- Assisting other administrative staff in filing, xeroxing, typing and other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
