📋 REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable climbing ladders (combined weight + tools under 375 lbs)
- Able to lift 80 lbs and work at heights up to 40 feet
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Valid Driver’s License
